RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We at My Fuxion Store stand behind our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. All online purchases of My Fuxion Store products must be returned to online store.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it back to the vendor you originally purchased from. Return back the item accompanied by the receipt, within 30 days to the place of purchase. Please note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions, please contact us for instructions.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED FROM MYFUXIONSTORE
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives at your shipping location damaged, or incorrect due to a shipping error that cannot be remedied, we will send a replacement to you.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM MYFUXIONSTORE.COM
We appreciate your purchase at MyFuxionStore.com. If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps to ensure an effective and smooth process:
1. Within 30 days of receipt of the product, send us a message via WhatsApp to [phone number] to request the return. Please include the following information in the message:
– Original order number.
– Details of the product(s) you wish to return.
– Your full name.
– Contact phone number.
2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
3. Package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping. If possible, use the original packaging.
4. Clearly attach the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Send the package to the address we provided. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to trace your return.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference.

DELIVERY AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt, even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.
- Write down any visible damage: box crushed, torn, creased, or other circumstances about the delivery.
- If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately.
